Tong ZhiLei

The founder of ChineseAll. Mr. Tong has tremendous experience in publishing, education, and IT industries, and held various senior executive positions in both large multinational company and start-ups. Prior to ChineseAll, he served as President and COO at Tide Time Culture and Education Group; Chairman at Tide Time Technology Group and COO and Co-Founder of Fanso.com. Mr. Tong has an MBA from Tsinghua - MIT joint international MBA program and a Bachelor in Engineering with minor major in Management and Law from Tsinghua University. Mr. Tong now is the head of China Net Publishing Research Committee.

Charles St Leger Searle

Mr. Searle is currently the Director of Corporate Development for the MIH group companies in Asia. Prior to joining the MIH group companies, he held various corporate finance positions at Cable & Wireless plc and Hong Kong Telecom. Prior to joining Cable & Wireless plc, he was a senior corporate finance manager at Deloitte & Touche in London and Sydney. Currently, Mr. Searle serves on the boards of directors of a number of companies that are subsidiaries of or associated companies with MIH. Mr. Searle graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1987 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (1992). Mr. Searle has more than ten years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industry.

Mai Gang

Mr. Mai is one of the first generation of China venture capital investment business. He accumulated abundant deal experience and business network in private investment and venture business during his career in Shenzhen, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Silicon Valley as both an entrepreneur and venture capitalist. He is the founder and CEO of VenturesLab. He served as Co-founder and CEO of eFriendsNet, Venture partner in DragonVenture, Co-founder of Shanghai Pudong Venture Capital and General manager of investment and business development for Shenzhen International Holdings ( Hong Kong ) Group. Mr. Mai hollds a MBA from Anderson Business School at UCLA and a BA in Economics from Renmin University of China.

Wang Qiuhu

Mr. Wang has strong background on Sales, marketing and business strategy in media and IT industry. Before left for his MBA program, he held senior sales and marketing position in PepsiCo and Whirlpool. Prior to ChineseAll, he served as Co-founder and CEO of Interfeso InfoTech and Co-founder and Vice President of B-media. Mr. Wang has an MBA from Tsinghua - MIT joint international MBA program and hold Bachelor of Engineering from Dalian Jiaotong University .
